Procedure:
- The ball is always played to the player on the opposite side.
- Volleyball technique can be different depending on the side (thus, when changing positions, concentration is required for what comes next).
- If a ball is lost, the trainer quickly plays a new one.
- Change within your own half of the court
- Change to the other half of the court straight
- Change to the other half of the court diagonally
Variations:
- overhead pass
- forearm pass
- Play ball diagonally over the net
Changes in the direction of the exchange are made without interrupting the ball exchange
