Version 1
The player rolled across the floor by the coach. To do this, the player lunges and stretches his arms forward. The coach waits with his arms crossed and grabs the player's arms. He then rotates the player with a slight backward movement over the shoulder and hip.
Variant 2
The player is given a ball and carries out the movement independently. He throws the ball in a high arc to the Coach just before the defensive action.
Variant 3
The coach throws the ball in such a way that the player has to perform a defensive roll to reach the ball.
