Procedure:
- Coach alternately throws the ball in both halves of the field
- There must be 3 ball contacts per side
- Players receive the ball and play it over the net after a set.
- Attack is always diagonal.
- In case of point loss, the other two players come on the field.
- All players on one half of the court count as one team.
- The back half of the court counts as the field.
Variations:
- The team that made the last point decides whether to hit the ball diagonally or straight.
- The set must always be overhand (requires a lot of running).
Special features:
- Switch ball (points are swapped, you don't get a point, it must be taken until 22 points)
- If a team takes the Switch ball, when they win the next rally, the score is reversed.
- Joker ball (must be used up to 15 points, if forgotten, the opponent gets the points)
- If a team takes the Joker ball, they get three points when they win the next rally.
